  • What is the maximum capacity for a conference at HICC? 
    HICC can host events for more than 6000 delegates.
  • How much exhibition space is available at HICC? 
    Located in a 15-acre landscaped environment, the convention centre is a pillar-free internal hall of net 6,480 sq. meters, which can be partitioned into six halls in an open capacity. It has mobile operable walls, which when expanded accommodates up to 5000 people.
  • What facilities and services are available for conferences and exhibitions? 
    HICC is dedicated to provide professional services and facilities, to ensure success on your event.   • I would like to hold a small meeting.  Do you have a space appropriate to my needs?
    HICC caters for small meetings as well as large conventions and exhibitions. Yes, we have Meeting Rooms which can accommodate small number of delegates also.
  • What accommodation is available for delegates?

  • Does the convention centre have a cloakroom facility to leave personal property? 
    Yes, the main Information Desk located on the ground level of Convention Centre has a cloakroom facility for delegates. 
  • I would like to work at HICC.  How do I apply for a job?

  • Are there any ATM facilities within HICC? 
    Yes, We have an ATM facility within the Convention Centre.
